Absolutely terrible! Became a subscriber and have had nothing but problems. Had an order never delivered to me but to an entirely random address in another state. When inquiring on an update - NO RESPONSE from customer service. No help, no refund. Just automated responses with no follow up. Terrible operations and customer service.

SCAM COMPANY!!! Do not purchase from them! Customer service is non existent and they refuse to follow their own policies. Whatever return policy you see on their website is a sham as they simply don't respect it. Save yourself your money and time and don't purchase from this scam company

I took this for a month. Started at the recommended dose of 3 pills. It made me extremely nauseous the next day. I dosed down to 2 pills and then 1 and still had the same effect. I continued to wake up at 3-4am. Unfortunately I have given up a month in and this didn’t work for me at all.

I ordered two products from Arrae. One was back-ordered, so I received the one that wasn't. A month later I checked the status of the item and it was no longer back ordered, but I still hadn't received. So I emailed their customer support and they first tried to tell me it was already delivered, so I corrected them with screenshots of my shop app showing the order was partially delivered, and they then replied and said "I checked your screenshot, and it does show that the delivered shipment for order #1711439 only included the Tone Mixed Berry pouch, not the Clear Protein+ (Raspberry Yuzu). I’m sorry this happened. I’m routing this to our team so they can investigate the missing item further for you. Since this order was placed on August 4, 2026, a CX Associate will need to review it directly and follow up with you." I followed up with them three times after that and they ghosted me. Do not support this business.

I recently ordered the 3 month supply of the tone variety pack which states 5g of creatine per serving. I was pretty disappointed when receiving my package to see that in order to get the 5g of creatine you actually have to consume 4 gummies, which means the supply I purchased is actually for 67.5 days instead of 90 days. I find this to be very misleading. They need to either make bags that carry 120 gummies, state the amount of creatine per serving is only 3.75g, or advertise each package to only be 22.5 days worth of gummies, not 30. I’ve sent an email but no reply yet.

Worst customer service and not to mention the products do not work And do not get a subscription because even if you unsubscribe they still charge your card! I have been waiting weeks for them to refund my money I email them every day

I ordered the protein packets over a month ago and not a single update. I’ve emailed customer service twice and no answer. Is this how they treat their customers?

AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!! I placed an order and 2 weeks later, still hadn’t received it. Contacted customer services via email (because THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER). They responded with an excuse about shipping delays and offered 20%. It’s been 3 weeks now. Still no shipping notification and no package. The company has gone radio silent- will not reply to any of my most recent emails. Sufficed to say- obviously won’t be using that 20% off discount any time soon. You’ve been warned.
