The product smells at great as I expected however one of the lids on a bottle wasn’t secured and leaked over all the other bottles creating a big mess in the packaging and losing a good portion of one bottle, which was disappointing.

When purchasing online, you are not able to smell various scents to determine what you will like. I love that I was able to order samples to test out. Now, since every fragrance smells wonderful, the only problem is narrowing down the ones I want to order. Also, the shipping and packaging was great.

I am very happy I splurged and bought my machine. The Thomas Pink fragrance I initially selected is divine, the person in charge of their YouTube provided exceptional customer service when I posted a question! Thank you.
