Great games which I am enjoying as a guest for now . One question - are the "high fives" sent from real people or bots ?

The game had an overhaul that I am not pleased with. The agent was understanding, professional, and went above board working with me. Issue could not be resolved to my satisfaction but that was not the agent's fault. I felt heard and respected. Update 9/25 Not sure if my complaint had any bearing on improving the game, but it's now better than ever. Thanks !

I asked about putting a pause button on the games available on AARP and received an answer very quickly and was very pleased with the polite response.

I’ve been playing on Arkadium.com every week for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best sites for casual gamers like me, there's always something new to try. I especially love how easy the site is to use and no need to download anything. The ads are minimal and non-intrusive, which is a big plus compared to other free game sites.

Fun games with no ads and no worry about viruses or other malware. With Arkadium Advantage subscription, I am able to play on both my computer and my phone. I use the Crossword Puzzles games on my phone. I recently had a technical issue (my fault) and the tech service was prompt and efficient.

I had an issue with a daily game not working on the Arkadium site. I sent an email to them and less then an hour later the issue was resolved. Great communication and follow up by Aekadium.
