Dear Ms Pauline! 💖 Thank you for the wonderful review! It makes us so happy to know that our support team was awesome and that you are enjoying our top-notch games. Play on and have fun! 🎲✨
The support I received after I wrote to Arkadium, was a real surprise. I sort of expected a brush off, but Olga went above and beyond to solve my problem. The Outspell would be my favourite game on the "hard" level, and I feel really choofed when I beat the computer. Even though it has words up her sleeve that I have never heard of. Ha ha

Hi Anne! 🔠 Thank you so much for this amazing feedback! We will definitely pass along your praise to Olga — she always goes above and beyond! It’s fantastic that you enjoy playing Outspell on the "hard" level and beating the computer (even with its tricky vocabulary!). Keep up those impressive wins! 🏆
A friend told me about Arkadium and I have pretty much become addicted to their games. Whenever I have had to use their support option, I receive a response within 24 hours (sometimes faster) and they explain what is happening and my issues are resolved. I know you can't tell anything about a person(s) over a computer, but the interaction I have received so far points to very friendly, knowledgeable people. Thanks Arkadium for providing games that us seniors/elderly people can enjoy.

Arkadium games on The Washington Post website have become unplayable due to the tsunami of advertising. There has always been an excessive amount of advertising on their WaPo games, but the recent introduction of pop up ads during gameplay have completely destroyed the game experience. Puzzles that take intense focus to solve are unplayable when you are interrupted 6+ times a minute (of game play). Used to love Arkadium games and looked forward to playing them daily. No more. Don't waste your time on the Arkadium games on The Washington Post.

Hi Thomas, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear that your experience playing our games on The Washington Post has been disrupted by pop-up advertisements. We understand how frustrating it is to have your focus broken during gameplay, especially when tackling challenging puzzles. While ad frequency and placements on partner sites are often managed in coordination with the host platform, we take feedback about intrusive ad behavior very seriously. We would like to look into this specific issue further—please reach out to us at [email protected] with any details (such as which specific puzzles or browsers you were using), and we will share this directly with our team. Thank you for being a long-time player, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve the player experience!

I’m a premium player. A recent game, Merge Haven, is a gem eater! MH has competitive smaller games that don’t display correct rankings so if you think you’re in the First spot, when the game ends (like furball frenzy), all of a sudden you end up in fifth place. You can get extra points”tools” if you win these sub-games. You will spend gems to get/keep that top ranking in order to get the extra goodies. With the deception regarding the rankings, you end up spending gems you wouldn’t spend if you knew the true rankings. Ripoff games, ripoff site. Avoid.

Hello theladychamLV, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We are truly sorry to hear about your frustration with the leaderboard displays and gem usage in Merge Haven. Providing a fair and transparent experience for all our players—especially our premium members—is very important to us, and we apologize that your experience fell short of that standard. We would like to investigate this ranking discrepancy further to ensure everything is working correctly. Please send us an email at [email protected] with details about your account and any screenshots you might have so our support team can look into this for you. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to help resolve this!
Doing the Thomas Joseph crossword puzzle has been my morning ritual for years. Not being able to access the puzzle for a few days was very frustrating. I reported the problem and your team responded right away. You kept me informed constantly as you worked to fix the problem. You assured me that the problem would be rectified. When I received the email to let me know the problem was fixed, I was elated. KUDOS to your team!!
