I do several crossword puzzles almost daily and am quite pleased with the selection on Arkadium. Recently I had a problem printing the puzzles, likely related to my computer (or my use of it), and contacted Arkadium. They responded promptly and after a few emails their guidance solved the problem. Their concern sold me on continuing a subscription.

The screen came back for one day after being a diminished screen for a week or so, you can only play to level 4, this has been going on for over a month, I am about ready to give up on Arkadium as much as I don't want to, so flustrating, love this game thank you Piffy07

Arkadium support has always been very helpful and responsive to any questions or needs. Arkadium is a great games website and well worth the time. I have a paid yearly membership (very affordable), but even the free plan is quite worthwhile.
