I have been playing Arkadium games for several years. I have enjoyed the experience tremendously. I have contacted them twice: once to add an off-the-clock option (for us slow reflex seniors), and once to fix an ad overlay issue. Both times, Arkadium has responded quickly and favorably. They have also been friendly and courteous in all their communications.

They always completely understand and swiftly react to any problems you may encounter with kindness and care. I have always found this to be the case during the 5 years I have been using and playing their games. I am a 75 year old lady who really appreciates this kind of customer service.
