The boxes I ordered are beautiful. They’re just the right size and quality. They’re sturdy for mailing books.

Excellent experience ordering and the boxes printed really well. There is no way to access your account from the website without having to go through a random link sent to your email. the line to fold the boxes is so light, I've damaged a few boxes trying to fold them which is frustrating. Shipping boxes were damaged on arrival, not sure why they don't use higher quality boxes.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Arka. After dealing with a long process and a delayed delivery, the custom shipping boxes I finally received were completely unusable for my business. The boxes were improperly cut, meaning the flaps did not align, and it was physically impossible to fold or put them together. I essentially paid for defective cardboard. I immediately reached out to their customer support team, provided clear photos comparing the new defective boxes to my old ones, and requested a full refund. Unfortunately, they have completely ignored me. I have received zero response regarding this issue and am now stuck with damaged inventory that I cannot use to ship my products. Between the manufacturing defects and the non-existent customer service when a legitimate problem arises, I absolutely cannot recommend this company. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Received custom boxes at a good price, but the quality left more to be desired. The colors and finish weren't as bright as the design proof, and the boxes didn't always fold nicely along the perforations. I may order again as everything was done on time, but if quality is a priority, I may look elsewhere.
