Exceptional service, and very quick delivery. Product is nice and as depicted.

I started off buying magnetic clasps from AZ Bead Co. because they have the best at really good prices. They now carry more and more beading supplies that I can't find anywhere else. Customer service is excellent!

The service was excellent and it was timely process

It's nice to be able to talk to a human when you have a question, they are very helpful and friendly.

My experience was fine. I ordered online and my order arrived very quickly. I also called the company for help with stringing bracelets using their magnetic clasps. I appreciate them sending me written instructions with my order. Thanks so much.
