Hi Evelyn, I want yo to be as happy as can be... if you need to return them for larger beads, just let me know. Not everything is available in the larger size, but we'll do what we can for you. Anything that you haven't opened up and started to use, can be returned. If you need a return authorization number, please call me. I am always striving for a 5-star service. HI Kimberly, Thank you for taking the time to give me a review. I am truly sorry that the website was difficult...I not sure what the issue was, but it is an older website, and I have been trying to re-vamp it for years. Anyway, if you ever have any problems with the website, please feel free to call me any time and I will do my best to help you. I really do appreciate your business more than I can say. Thank you so much for your order. Sincerely, David (Arizona Bead Company) 480-491-4472 phone E-mail: [email protected] website: arizonabeadcompany.com
