Ordered on 12th April and they ignoring me ever since. 3 months on and still no controller. Generic answer to any emails but no help whatsoever. At wits end trying to deal with them. Feel scammed.

Ordered 2 ps4 controllers May 1. Nothing. I keep getting the runaround. No shipping information. Dont waste your time or money.

Sad to say i'm in the same boat as everybody else ordered in April no sign of controller lesson learned never again

Ordered controller, came after a month. Used it for 5 mins and you can instantly tell it’s fake, nothing but lag and awful control of it. I’ve emailed them how to go about returning which was end of May, it’s now July and they are not responding, I haven’t heard from them in 6 weeks. Just buy your controllers from the original places because these awful sites just scam you and then forget about you. Beware

I managed to get my money back from my bank. Ask to file a chargeback claim with your bank, even if you paid on your debit card. I managed to get my money back. This is a scam!

I would give them no stars if I could. Do not waste your money on items from this site. My item was reported delivered 2200 miles away from my shipping and billing address. Customer service replied to me once asking me to check my mailbox again to make sure I didn't miss it. Multiple follow up emails sent without response. Assume this site is a scam. Beware!

I ordered a controller from these guys back in March. Its now July and the controller still hasn't arrived. They stopped responding to my messages and emails after not sending the replacement package (They said the first one was lost in transit). Don't buy from these People they are thieves.

I ordered a rose gold ps4 controller from them but after reading all the reviews i got sceptical over it so i decided to play it safe and just try to refund. To start off the waiting time is not hidden, they literally write on their website that delivery might take up to like 30 days or more, which is not uncommon. Secondly they refunded my purchase immediately without any hassle so they are 100% not a scam business
