Mr. Neely and the others that helped with our mortgage were great to work with. They were always available to answer any questions we have. They made the process very easy for us.

It's now been three weeks since I applied for a mortgage. I'm very disappointed with the way things are going, I'm about to give up and give up and go to another bank. Nobody can be reached by phone either, I think that's a bad service.

After being a long time customer, I tried to refinance, and figured it would be very hassle free. However, the process was still long, and multiple items came up that I had no idea, and instead of communicating, the lender just automatically set it up for me to pay. I did not even recognize the items and did not communicate, just wanted me to pay and add it to the refinance

We have purchased many homes and refinanced a few times. This time by far was our most pleasant experience. Patrick took his time and explained every step and we looked at my different avenues to take. Patrick made sure we had the best deal and made sure we understood everything.
