Arbio GroupReviews of arbio-group.com

Dreckiges Zimmer.

My apartment was overbooked and most communication with them is AI. Their employees are not trained to help and refunds take too long, if they even refund at all. Bad experience.

They are an AI property management group, communicating with them is practically impossible. I’ve been trying to cancel a reservation with them and get a full refund , which I’m within timeframe to receive, and have had repeated issues: claiming original payment was never made, ignoring proof of their own confirmation email. Repeatedly asking for proof of payment. Photos sent of bank statement showing CC was processed. They acknowledge getting photo. Then later claim not receiving photo, again ignoring their own messages saying they did. It’s one thing after another. It’s a circle of incompetence with no accountability. I think this whole company is a scam, do not rent from them!

Betrüger. Finger weg!

Do not trust this platform with your safety or your data. A severe burglary occurred whilst I was staying at an Arbio property in Vienna. It was due to a major security failure on Arbio’s end (management failed to change the digital door codes between guests). Arbio’s Austrian Country Lead formally admitted full corporate liability in writing and issued a settlement offer totalling the value of items stolen from me of approximately €11,000. They requested our banking credentials and residential address to transfer the funds. Since then, they ghosted us. For nearly two months, Arbio has ignored every single email, text, and phone call. They have breached their own deadlines and refused to pay the settlement. Even after escalating to executive management, the radio silence continues. Arbio has zero regard for guest safety, data privacy, or honouring their legal liabilities. Their properties are NOT worth the risk. Book elsewhere!!

ACHTUNG!!!

They put us in a room with a broken bed, we have so far had to sleep in it for 2 nights and it's looking like a third. They've done nothing to fix the problem, put us in an alternative room or refund out money so we can stay somewhere else. They constantly reply to tell you how they're "working on a plan" to get things sorted - they're just fobbing you off. They had free rooms and didn't move us. Awful company, horrible experience which has ruined our time in Berlin. Do not use them under and circumstances. Check the other reviews on here and Google and you'll see similar experiences. I wish we'd checked before we booked with them.
