I have only made one order. I have received 4 shipping dates so far, (never received the package) and it has been months. Today they sent a message saying they can't give me any idea when it will ship. They send daily emails for products that are out of stock. This is adding insult to injury. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

I don't usually feel obligated to write a review but today i think i am. so yesterday i ended up buying a complete lower and stripped upper. all i had left to buy was everything for the upper. i ended up shopping around multiple websites and came across this one. ive never ordered from here so i went to look at reviews. i found this website and that made me really skeptical to order from them. i ended up messaging their customer service to ask if id get everything in 30 days, they assured me i would. i ended up placing a $500 order at 6 pm with everything i need for the upper 8 different things from barrel to handguard to parts kit. today i at 6 received a email saying its going to be shipped and a tracking number. i clicked on it and it says ill get it on the 8th. that's awesome considering on the website it said it wouldn't ship for over a week due to covid. note everything said in stock. anyways i figured they needed a good review because of all the bad ones i saw. if i end up not receiving my order within a few days of that day ill come back and place another review. if i don't place another review just assume i got the stuff today is October 2nd 2020

Place an order my CC was charged and 7 days later my Order still has not shipped . contacted them 4 times in the last 48 hrs and they still refuse to do anything . Looks like i am going to have to call the bank . Stay away from these crooks at all costs. If you want to buy American then don't spend your money here.

They had what I needed for a build but when I ordered it took about a week to ship, understandable during the pandemic but explain to me why it's been another week and my package is still in pre shipment, like they forgot to carry my package to the post office? Update 9/23/20. Conveniently a day after I posted this review my package seems to now have been updated with a delivery date, so my package is on it's way, finally.

Order an item and my card was charged and 1 week later my item still hasn’t been shipped! I have tried to talk to somebody but they only have a chat line that is useless! I have also tried to cancel the order and get my card refunded and same thing no response! If anybody has dealt with this thieving company and got a refund back please let me know what I need to get my money back! I will never do business with this company again!!!!

I placed an order requiring an FFL transfer, immediately contacted my FFL to gave them emil a copy of their licence to the merchant. Day two, i recieve an email asking for additional information from the FFL, which I forwarded along. Day three I recieve an email stating my order was picked and packaged, ready to ship and had a FedEx tracking number attached. I ran the tracking number through FedEx's tracking lookup, and they estimated a delivery in 3 days (with a specified date and time), I communicated this to my FFL, who would be near closing time by the FedEx estimated time, and they offered to remain open for additional time to accommodate the transfer, as the time between closing and the estimate was greater than my travel time to the FFL location. The estimated time comes and goes, the FFL recieved a delivery via FedEx, but my order was not amongst it. Recheck of the tracking number shows the package has never been scanned by FedEx, meaning the merchant has not shipped on the promised date at all, and now cannot find my order. I contacted their customer service chat, and their agent there was unable to anything more than copy and paste pre-scripted responses about increased shipping times due to Covid-19, dispite having already sent me an email stating my order was promised to ship 3 days prior. I will be giving the one more oppertunity to correct this today, and if they fail to ship my order today, express, I will be contacting ATF and my credit card's fraud prevention departments and let the courts deal with them.

Same as others fast to take the money 2 days to process payment, 12 days and counting and they still have not shipped. Other sites are dealing with covid just like this company the difference is other sites process payments when they confirm shipment. 12 days and counting

Very disappointed in this company. There has now been 3 emails sent as my husband and I paid for fast shipping and the first order was NOT all that was ordered and suppose to come. We then sent a email and was told it would be out within 2 day and here at our home, fast forward from Sunday to today and still We do not have the barrel. I genuinely want to know why it is taking so long to receive a part we paid good money for.
