Have bought hemp sheets and cotton towels - very happy with the feel and quality. Please note: to return items, they have to be unopened and in the original package. Was on the fence about the towels (due to color, not quality) but had already taken them out so couldn't send back. Ended up loving them so no probelm for me. Customer service is very responsive and owner sends personal emails.

Thought I was getting 6 towels. Over 50 dollars from four??

Hi Herta, I am sorry to see your two star review on our kitchen towels. It looks like you ordered a set of four. We do not have a 6 pack available. With shipping less discounts, these 100% organic towels really come down to $13.50 each. This is a good price for the quality, thickness, and the years you will get out of them. They are really great towels that perform very well. If there is anything we can do to change your review, please let me know. We take all reviews very seriously. This is why I immediately responded. Thank you. Michael-CEO

We liked the organic products, delivery was fairly quick; the washcloths look great and are quite soft. We look forward to using them. I initially thought the package had not arrived and was really pleased to have a messaging feature in the delivery email to report that, and the response was quick and helpful and soon the issue was resolved; my fault for not checking the carrier link provided when I became concerned. It was all just great.

Thank you so much Karen for the great review. We appreciate you. Michael-CEO
I previously wrote a negative review as it was requested before we got the kitchen towels. They took a significant amount of time to get, about 4 weeks. I wanted to review the actual towels. They are wonderful and I would definitely order them again

I splurged on a purchase of 2 sheet sets at a whopping $640.00. It is almost 3 weeks later and I still have not received them yet was billed at the time of purchase on October 12, 2025. In today's market, that just won't do! These types of delays are likely to impact your bottom line. Especially, for those looking for alternatives to multinational companies like Amazon that are less than ideal and/or anathema to smaller businesses. The result of this is that I am already quite disappointed by the experience, and have not even received the items purchased! I finally received the packages after my neighbor brought the misdelivered items to my house. Unfortunately, the delay and subsequent delivery debacle has tainted the overall purchase.

Hi M Charles, I am sorry to see your 1 star review. Looking back, on our site, your order on Oct 12th was a preorder with a communicated ship date of October 31st. So, we actually shipped earlier than communicated and your order arrived today Nov 3rd. I am sorry your experience was not exceeded. My team worked hard and we actually shipped on time and as communicated. Last week, when we shipped, you should have received the shipping/tracking numbers. Here are tracking numbers. https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=394683301466 and https://www.fedex.com/fedextrack/?trknbr=394683302201. Your sheets were delivered today. I am sorry FedEx delivered to your neighbor. This really is on Fedex and we would only ship to the address given. Being based on the east coast and shipping to the west coast, it takes 5+ days. This would have made the delivery date Friday Nov 7th. I am glad you received them today 4 days early. On behalf of our North Carolina, family run business, thank you for your support. Hopefully you will have a 5 star experience with our amazing hemp sheets. Thank you, Michael-CEO
