Plants were in good shape upon delivery, one week later they are healthy, looking good and showing signs of growth. Have purchased here before and always satisfied. Highly recommend.

Healthy plants, on time delivery, great prices.

Paid for 2 day shipping, and even though it was fine that they waited a week until after Thanksgiving to ship, they still sent it via 5 day ground service instead of 2 day like I paid for. Emailed customer service a few times and NO response until AFTER the order was already received 5 days later. All but 1 of the several plants I ordered arrived either full of holes and already mostly melted away or half brown and crispy despite being wrapped in wet paper. The experience was just too bad to even bother trying to continue working with them for a possible refund or replacements. Just going to accept my losses and move on to other reputable companies.

First order was lost. I called them and they refilled the order and got it to me in 2 days. thanks a lot

Came in neatly packaged wrapped in wet paper so I don't have to worry about the plants drying out. My crypts are doing well and the seller adhered to my note about asking for smaller Java fern since I have a smaller tank so I didn't have huge ones to deal with.

I received a very large type of duckweed, which is not what I ordered. I have ordered this same product from them several times in the past, and always received the small small duckweed, this time it is way to large for my small fish to eat. It is incredibly disappointing.
