I’m actually giving it a star to be able to write a review. They falsely advertise their products I was waiting for my shipment for more the 2 wewks when I checked online my order was canceled and the price on the product was $50 dollars more than the price I bought for The guy who attended the phone gave 101 excuses He told me the only thing I could do was buy at the new price That they no longer have the product ( but still show availability on line but of course $50 dollars more He was very disrespectful and told me to stop calling and to get a hobby Or something I do have several hobbies one of them being a 200 gallons Saltwater tank. The product that I bought and was canceled was fish amino acids

VERY VERY rude customer service beside the company falsely advertising products and I would like to be contacted by upper management about my issue

Aquarium plants arrived in good condition

I have been looking at mystery snails for a very long time. When I found these purple mystery snails I had to have them. I did 2 day shipping and I got them on time. All of my snails were alive and health roaming around my tanks within a few hours of placement. Only one of my snails did not make it as its shell cracked during shipment. Thank you Aquarium Plants for your great customer service. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for good and reliable service.
