The plants arrived on time; and in great condition. The plants I ordered were as described online and the correct quantity. The packaging was perfect. I did order a cold pack for shipment because of the extremely high temperatures. It seemed too help

My sister and I were very excited to order plants for my nephew's fish tank. Within 5 minutes of placing the order she received a phone call. It was 10 at night so midnight in Florida. It was the owner very angry because she didn't leave a 5 star review! I was in shock sitting there listening to the conversation!! He yelled at her, called her names and continued to belittle her for not leaving a 5 star review! He told her that he cancelled her order the second he saw her review. Please avoid the heartache and just don't order. If you look on their FB page (which we should have) you will see other people have had bad incounters with the owner as well. I am glad he cancelled our order, but still in shock at how rude and agressive the owner is!!
