Plants arrived in great condition. All seemed healthy. I quarantined them in separate tanks for a couple of days - no infections, no bugs. Transferred to outdoor fish pond and all are doing well.

The site was manageable and the plants came well packaged in a timely manner. My only complaint was with the lack of variety of plants (almost no substrate plants) and almost zero labeling on what they were.

When I ordered them I was charged 2 day shipping I didn't receive them until a week later

All my plants came in great shape I was worried about the fine needle ones but am super happy 😁 The snails acclimated fine and we're cruising around the tank too. Happy for sure especially with how many red rooted floaters I got. I actually gave my daughter some for her guppy tank too.

Shipping information was non existent. I was missing a plant and immediately sent pics of what I recieved vs what I ordered. I was told to check again. I checked in all the wrapping 3 times and never heard back. So I paid for a plant I never got and I'm assuming they're fine with that.
