Great plants, well packed

This was an excellent experience with AquariumPlants.com. I elected to have the help of a designer for plant layout and selection with my hard scape that was in place. Randy my designer was great on the phone and did an outstanding job selecting the plants for color and texture and providing a drawing of where to place them. My order arrived and all plants were labeled and very well packed to keep them wet. The quality of the plants was outstanding! I also elected to get the fertilizer pellets as recommended to place with my plantings. This is only the fourth day of my aquarium fill and planting but all plants are healthy looking and already showing root and leaf growth. Quite simply this was just what I had hoped for and more. I have nothing but positive to say for the entire process and end results, thank you Randy!

Love the plants, will order again

The price was very good, but the website could have been clearer. The shipper for AquariiumPlants doesn't ship to Hawaii but AP didn't know until my order was rejected. AP was gracious and called me to to let me know and they returned my money promptly.

Cold pack that I paid extra for was very small and was not cold when it arrived. Was not told on ordering that they ship out once a week on Tuesday. I had to call to get a schedule. Packaged arrived in 2 days as indicated when ordering. Tuber looks good. Fingers crossed that it will grow into a beautiful Lotus. I'm sure it will.
