Plants were well packed and healthy. Will defiantly order from them again.

It took a week before I heard anything about my items being shipped, which worried me a bit, but once I got the notification they got here quickly and everything was perfect! Acclimated well in my tank very quickly.

I received my snails the exact day as expected (I paid for the 2 business days delivery). I ordered 1 Nerite snail but received 2. I’m not sure if it was incase one was not alive once delivered, but both are happy and healthy in my tank! Also I was not worried about being overrun by snails by receiving an extra one since nerite snail eggs cannot hatch in fresh water. I understand this may be an issue for some when it comes to other snails.

Will buy from again, was a little curious why there was a cold pack temp was in the 40s Here in Wisconsin but everything arrived great! Generous portions Thanks

My plants arrived in good time and in good shape, just wish they were bigger.

They gave me so much! I didn't expect the full bag of red root floaters, but grateful since I have a larger tank.
