Plants are always healthy when I receive them, and exactly as ordered.

I’m new to using live plants in my aquariums, but the website was very help for staying away from more advanced plants that need more care than I know how to provide. My plants arrived in great shape and were very well packaged. (I do recommend multiple ice packs as delivery drivers just drop packages outside now) The closest thing to a complaint I have is that other than the potted plant, my plants aren’t labeled. For an experienced eye, this wouldn’t be an issue, but for me it is. It’s not a huge deal and definitely won’t stop me from ordering from this company again. I’ll just be more careful to order plants that are very different from each other!
