Great and quick support. My issue was taken very seriously and Aqara acted quickly. After my own investigation, they turned on a debug log but in the meantime they pushed new firmware that solved the issue.

Updated review after using the lock for a couple of months, I’m still disappointed that you can’t use some of the features but as a standalone lock it’s fantastic, I never take my keys with me anymore, a simple tap of my finger and the door unlocks. Purchased a U200 smart lock and fitted it to my front door, the lock was working erratically, so I had to disable the auto unlock, got in touch with support and was told it is my door that's causing the issue, as it might not be in position fully due to the door seal, so why is this not pointed out on their website. Also can't connect to alexa or ios and was told I needed a hub or a suitable thread router, so I can only use the lock using the keypad/finger print and manually from the inside, which does work well, however I can't use the auto lock/unlock or the remote features can't be used without spending more money. Not impressed paying over £200 for a lock where most of its features can't be used!!!!
