Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’re sorry to hear that you placed your order 13 days ago and still haven’t received your Keto product. We currently have Keto in stock, so we don’t see any reason why your order should not have shipped. Unfortunately, I’m not able to check what happened with your order because I don’t have your details. If you could please provide your order information, I’d be happy to personally look into this and handle your concern. My name is Paul, and you can reach me directly at 888-307-4790 or email me at [email protected]. I look forward to getting this resolved for you. Approved Science Team 888-307-4790

Thank you for sharing your experience with Prostarex. It’s wonderful to hear that you’ve been using it for the past three years and have been happy with your experience. We’re also glad that you took the time to show the product to both your family doctor and urologist and discuss your use of it with them. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the delay and for any frustration this situation may have caused. I personally reviewed your order details and confirmed that you purchased a one-year supply. I completely understand your concern about receiving products with an expiration date of July 2027, and I would like to personally assist you in getting this resolved. While reviewing our records, we were unable to find any previous communication regarding this particular concern. However, we’re more than happy to assist you, and I want to make sure we get this taken care of for you. My name is Paul, and I will personally handle your concern. I’m happy to let you know that we currently have products available with a longer expiration date, so we can definitely arrange a replacement for you. Please expect a call from me, and I will also be sending you an email so we can discuss the replacement and make sure everything is handled properly. If you don’t see my email in your inbox, please check your Spam or Junk folder, as it may have been filtered there. Again, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. I look forward to speaking with you and personally assisting you with your replacement.
