Nattokinase has been the best product for me from Approved Science. It has helped me lower my blood pressure to 139 and my cholesterol from 160-200 to 130-140. I was able to get off my insulin in March 2026. I am glad that I found this product when I did. I have been taking this product for several years now and will continue to keep on using it.

Rick W. I am an 84 year old male with type 2 diabetes. A few years ago, I was experiencing burning pain in my legs and other symptoms in my feet. My doctor told me I had peripheral neuropathy. I also had drop foot. Doing a little research, I discovered Nervprin. I tried it, and the pain in my legs went away. My feet also improved. The pain in my legs never returned, even though I reduced my Nervprin from two capsules a day to one and then none. Now, I occasionly have tingling or numbness in my feet at night. I was on a prescription but I took the ingredient label from Eyesyl to my optometrist and she said it was better so I now take it too. I am looking into the sleep version from them to try.
