About ApplyAll
ApplyAll.com is a platform designed to streamline the job application process. It allows job seekers to upload their resume and specify the types of positions they're interested in. The service then automates the application process by submitting the job seeker's application to various job listings on their behalf, which can significantly save time and increase the number of potential job opportunities.
ApplyAll (applyall.com) has 72 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.9 out of 5.
When I was laid off in March, I knew the job search would be a marathon. What I didn't expect was finding a tool that would transform my entire approach: ApplyAll.
Snapshot from the last 4 months using ApplyAll:
• 711 job applications sent
• 6 companies interviewed
• Roughly 1 interview per 118 applications
Applying to jobs can feel like a full-time job in itself. This tool helped me:
✓ Reclaim hours of my life
✓ Reduce application fatigue
✓ Create space to upskill and invest in personal development
✓ Focus on high-value activities like meaningful networking and interview preparation
A quick reminder: the "sheer volume" approach to job applications still works. But let's be real - you shouldn't have to go through this grueling process alone. Technology like ApplyAll can be a game-changer in making this journey more manageable.
I'm not affiliated with ApplyAll. I'm just a job seeker who found something that genuinely made my job hunt more bearable. In a process that can be mentally draining, anything that gives you back time and energy is worth sharing.
For anyone feeling overwhelmed by job applications, especially during a long job search, this might just be the lifeline you need.

Aww Anna, you rock. We were already eternally grateful to you for your bug reports but this review is so spectacular that people are going to think it's written by AI (at least, they would... if the metrics from this brutal job market weren't all too real to be made up unfortch). If your new PM role doesn't work out will you please come and be our marketing team!?

Best Application Service. Ever.
The staff responsive time is always immediate and they have answered any and every possible question I could throw at them. The site is extremely user friendly and they deliver as promised as far as getting applications out, moreover they were applications that are actually applicable to my field as they give you a detailed list of everything they applied to on your behalf. To make things even better I got incredible feedback and suggestions re my resume which also shows that they actually review your resume in detail and will address any concerns they have, including typos ;)
I signed up and last Friday they had completed all 100 application as part of my plan, I had two calls the following Monday and I am waiting on offers from both - not sure what their AI/algorithm does but I usually give myself approximately 3 months to find a job so this service expedited my own process exponentially. I will continue to use them for the rest of my career whether I need a change or just want to get an idea of what other opportunities are out there.
By far the best decision I have ever made while searching for a career change, no contest.

ApplyAll.com has been an absolute game changer!
ApplyAll.com has been an absolute game-changer in my job search! The platform made it incredibly easy to apply to hundreds of jobs in just a few clicks, saving me countless hours.
What would normally take me days or even weeks to apply for jobs was done in minutes with ApplyAll. The automation process is seamless and stress-free. I was able to go onto the website from time to time and see which applications had been sent out on my behalf or which ones had not - and why. Examples: salaries, job titles, or locations did not match the preferences I provided.
The customer support team was fantastic! Because the website is easy to underxtand and use, I didn't have to contact support until I was given an offer.
I asked if they could put my account on hold - thus preserving the number of applications I had remaining for future use, just in case! They were quick to respond and did exactly as I asked. As a nice touch you don't really get anywhere else, the first thing Ashley (the support person who helped me) did was congratulate me on my new job!

ApplyAll offers an INCREDIBLE service
ApplyAll offers an INCREDIBLE service. Simple, yet very effective. They have a super responsive support team and are committed to your goals in your job search. Applyall is flipping the script on the modern job search strategy. After hitting so many roadblocks applying to fewer jobs myself, I found my new career, earning 40% more than my previous job. And with a company I would not have found/known about without ApplyAll! I could not recommend this service enough.

Thank you ApplyAll!! I landed two offers!
Thank you for ApplyAll! I have been telling every job seeking friend about your site. I intend to recommend it to my former laid-off co-workers (now that I’m finally out of the race 😀). Had I known about Applyall a year ago who knows where I’d be! Ever so grateful for your service and responsiveness to my questions along the way.

I got a job through ApplyAll
I got a job through ApplyAll! I was close to giving up and actually cancelled my subscription, but a seed planted in May turned into interviews in late June and a Product Director job in July after 11 months of unemployment. So glad I signed up. Thank you for creating this platform!

Job application
Base on the previous review, I decided to try apply all myself. They make you pick your own location, salary & position you are interested it.
#1: They applied for job that was around $16-$20. My goal was around $25-$30
#2- I put my exact location and also put remote. They applied for jobs an hour away from me.
#3- They applied for job that required a license or certain certification that was no where in my resume that had. For example: needing a RN license when I am not a nurse
#4- I’ve gotten rejection email and no interview.
I paid on April 25th & they finished applying for job for me on June 15th. 2 months in and nothing.

Hi Titiana, this is Tal, the founder of ApplyAll. I appreciate you trying out our service. I'm so very sorry you had this negative experience, and I sincerely hope you've found a great job since. We always back our service with a 100% refund in the case of no interviews and I do see you were given a full refund already.
However, I admit we were still very surprised by this review and wish you had reached out to us first, because after conducting an extensive investigation, we're still confused by a few of your comments. We've reached out to you multiple times to try to get clarification, but have yet to get a response.
Here is what doesn't make sense to us, and what we see on our end:
1. You mentioned your target hourly rate, but we do not support hourly jobs or hourly rate preferences -- nor have we ever -- given our focus on full-time tech industry jobs. We DO have a minimum *annual* base salary preference field, which requires an amount in the thousands. There is nowhere in your profile you could've entered $25-30/hr.
2. Your account shows that you requested custom job titles during onboarding that weren't actually job titles, for example "Any position that you see fit base off my resume" which led to errors and delays in your applications going out. We should have caught this on our end earlier and intervened, but unfortunately at the time, we were a brand new company and did not have the checks in place yet.
3. We are exclusively focused on the technology/software industry jobs at the moment (though we'd love to expand!), but you appear to be in the plastic surgery/medical admin field. Unfortunately we do not support your field at this time, so our system would have struggled to find you any relevant jobs in our tech company-heavy database. We've since made improvements to our onboarding flow to try and make this even clearer and ensure that only customers who can get great outcomes from our platform are able to get through onboarding and pay us, and have guided our team to immediately contact and refund anyone who still accidentally manages to get through.
4. You actually have multiple FL cities listed in your location preferences, not just your current location, so it looks like you were correctly applied to a mix of remote roles and those within commuting distance in those metro areas. You can see this under your Location Preferences section in your dashboard.
Again, if there's something we've misunderstood in your review, or something on our website which was confusing, we'd love to get clarification so we can learn how we can do better, so please reach out at [email protected] or look for our emails in your inbox.
ApplyAll applied to 750+ jobs…
ApplyAll applied to 750+ jobs successfully over 8 months, which is pretty good for my level of seniority and the role I'm in.
From this, I got about 80 recruiter screens and maybe another 100 follow up interviews, leading to an above-market rate offer, which I accepted.
It excels at applying to jobs that companies host on Lever, Greenhouse, Ashby, SmartRecruiters, etc.
Before sending my resume out, the team helped me clean it up and answered questions on how to best talk about my career. Solid inputs. Clear guidance without being preachy or worse, vague.
The founder is an ex-Indeed and Amazon product leader so you're in capable hands.
Interviewing is awful but sometimes we have to do it. ApplyAll skews the experience in your favor. Recruiters use automation, and so should you.
100% worth the money.
