I am so glad I learned about ApplyAll! Looking for job openings and applying is time consuming and cumbersome. I signed up for 200 resume submissions. ApplyAll generated momentum, which allowed me to focus on interviewing. I highly recommend this service to anyone looking for a job, especially in today's market. Good luck!

Landed a job offer through ApplyAll
Landed a job offer through ApplyAll, with a company I never would have found on my own.
Some context: was transitioning into a new field in tech sales and flying a bit blind. First round of working with ApplyAll ($300) got me interviews with 11 different companies, including 2 final rounds that didn't land. Paid for a second round during the summer dead zone and only got interviews with 3 companies, but one of those turned into the offer.
Where it shines is volume and discovery. It gets your resume out at scale and surfaces companies and roles you'd never think to search for. Not every application was a perfect fit, but some of the "off" ones actually got the most responses.
What it won't do: fix a weak resume, make up for missing experience, or prepare you for interviews. That's still on you. And for your top-target companies, or anywhere you have a strong network, apply directly yourself.
Treat it as a pipeline builder, not a magic button, and it's absolutely worth it. Five stars.

fantastically effortless experience
Honestly what a fantastic experience, they set up a separate email so yours doesn't keep getting hit and signed up for spam that auto forwards to your personal one. You list what you are good at, what you want to do, and how much you prefer to be paid. Within a month I was offered a fantastic job with a fantastic company after about 20 or so days. I had previously applied to hundreds of jobs by myself but the way they have done it was much more effective (and way less work from my end)!
10/10 would not only use again but would recommend to someone in todays day in age.

Got an offer
I was applying to many jobs through LinkedIn, but I wasn’t getting any results. Then I decided to try an AI job application platform. I started receiving emails every day confirming that job applications had been submitted on my behalf.
I realized that Applyall was applying to hidden or lower-applicant positions that didn’t automatically show up in my LinkedIn recommendations. After I started using Applyall, I received many more interview opportunities, and after about two months, I received a job offer as design manager.

ApplyAll was a great service to help me…
ApplyAll was a great service to help me find a new position to use my skill set as well as develop new skills. They assisted me with formatting my resume to better showcase my talents and it led to my getting an offer that I would not have had the time to find on my own.

ApplyAll was a huge help during my job search!
ApplyAll was a huge help during my job search. I was applying for AI/software engineering roles as a new grad, and having a service that could apply on my behalf and tailor applications to my experience level made a real difference in getting interview requests at companies I was actually a good fit for.
What stood out most to me was the team's responsiveness. Every time I emailed with a question, I got a quick, thoughtful, and genuinely kind reply. That kind of support made a stressful process feel a lot more manageable.
Thanks again for being part of my job search journey! I landed an offer in 4 months!

ApplyAll exceeded my expectations
The team at ApplyAll actually exceeded my expectations. Shortly after signing up there was a wave of applications sent on my behalf. Then a steady stream after that. After only 60 submissions I had already 4 interview loops in progress and landed an offer. The team was very responsive to answer all of my questions. I could see that every single one of the applications were very relevant and targeted as per my job description and salary expectations. Very excited to start my new role as a Software Development Manager.

ApplyAll saved my sanity and led to a job
ApplyAll saved my sanity and led to a legitimate job offer.
I used ApplyAll after unexpectedly finding myself back in the job market, and overall I found it to be a worthwhile complement to my broader job search strategy.
For the timeline I signed up in March 2026 and by late May/ early June had an interview and a job offer in July 2026. Whoo hoo.
I signed up for the 200-application package because I wanted help with the repetitive, time-consuming process of submitting applications. What appealed to me was the hybrid approach: real people, supported by AI, review and submit applications on your behalf. That gave me much more confidence than a fully automated "spray and pray" service.
I was looking for senior level roles and gave ApplyAll The following titles: director, senior director, VP, chief of staff. It was slow going at first but quickly ramped up over time.
The dashboard is transparent, making it easy to track every submission, and I appreciated being able to provide a broad list of target job titles while they managed the day-to-day application process. Interestingly, they primarily worked from one core resume rather than extensively tailoring each application, which challenged some of my assumptions about today's hiring process.
The biggest benefit for me wasn't necessarily the interview rate (1 interview and 199 rejections, but hey it only takes one right? ). It was getting back dozens of hours that I could invest in networking, interview preparation, and following up with contacts. Those activities ultimately proved to be the highest-yield parts of my job search. I think ApplyAll works best as part of a larger job search strategy, not as a replacement for networking or referrals.
**Pros:**
* Huge time saver for repetitive applications.
* Helped me maintain momentum and avoid job-search burnout.
* High-volume approach surfaced opportunities I 100% would have missed. They simply were looking at places that I wasn't.
* Human oversight added an extra layer of quality control.
* Responsive, professional support team.
**Cons:**
* It's more expensive than applying on your own.
* Results still depend heavily on the strength of your resume, qualifications, and interview skills.
* The human review process means applications aren't submitted instantly.
* You still need to monitor your inbox and actively manage interview opportunities.
Would I use it again? Yes. In fact, I've already recommended two people to ApplyAll. I think of ApplyAll as outsourcing the administrative grind of a job search so I could focus on the activities that only I could do. In today's competitive market, preserving my time, energy, and sanity was well worth it.
