ApplyAll helped my get 4 real interviews (slightly more phone screens) and even a job offer. 2 of these interviews were really high-quality and well aligned jobs for me, the other 2 were relevant to my skillset and I wouldn't have found them on my own but they just weren't "right" for me. That's not ApplyAll's fault though and it gave me more interview practice. I took advantage of the resume review sessions the founder offered and it made a big difference. Highly recommend going to those. I went to 2 of them over the course of ApplyAll applying for me. It's more than just looking at interviews, it really helped make a plan for the search as well. Very satisfied and everyone I talked to on the team seemed like they were legitimately pleased to help me.

Applying for jobs is simply a numbers game these days especially in tech. Recruiters are getting thousands of applicants for each role, so why not increase your chances by applying to hundreds on your behalf? Applying for jobs is draining and demoralizing, so the amount of mental energy that I saved from applying to jobs is also worth it alone. ApplyAll is a godsend. I don’t normally spring for this sort of thing, but I was referred by a friend I trust, so I took a chance. Not only did it take the stress out of filling out endless job applications, it lived up to its promise of delivering at least one meaningful interview within 30 days.
