We got banned from selling on Amazon - used sold as new. Not possible as we only sell new product, maybe a competitor trying to shut us down. Well it did, for months. Nothing we said or sent in was good enough for Amazon and the denials came back within hours. We hired Appeal Wizards and Edwin worked his way through the appeal, then the next, then the next - calling Amazon in-between. After a couple of months and many, many, many appeals, it all suddenly clicked and we were allowed to sell again. In fairness, it was Edwin's tenacity of appealing over and over that finally got us an agent who actually read the appeal and allowed us back in. Amazon sucks for sellers. Appeal Wizards / Edwin was great.
