This is my favorite team for any issue in my account Amazon or eBay they work hard to reinstall your account

My account got suspended, and I thought it was over. I contacted Appeal Wizards, and Amanda really took her time with my account. We hit a few roadblocks, but she kept at it until she got it sorted. Amanda's a pro and super persistent – exactly what you need, someone who'll stick with you and help you out.

I had a very difficult and tricky situation with Amazon. My account was hijacked and I didnt know if my account was in good standing. I tried to get control of my store back and hit dead ends. I explained my whole situation for them and Amanda was very honest with me about my account. She let me know that it might be too far gone and amazon might not reopen it, but she would work with me on pricing because there wasnt a guarantee. She had a good action plan and we took it step by step. I was finally able to get a hold of a amazon rep on the phone, who could see all my effort in trying to get it open. Then let me know they can switch my account back to my name, but amzblueprints the fraudsters that hacked my account, had done quite the damage to my store's rating. Just like Amanda said. But i was able to get my possession of my store, close it and will be restarting a new one. I talked with several amazon account recovery "experts" that guaranteed i could 100% get my store back and would cost $1000 to $3000 for the service. Amanda with appeal wizards was honest, upfront, set real expectations of the outcome, and understood my financial situation. That is why I went with them and I'm grateful for the work they put in to help me find a resolution. If it wasnt for them, I'd still be fighting with amazon and the fraudsters would still have control of my store and I'd be on the hook for it.

Excellent professional company. The best team for recovering a deactivated seller account. They gathered all the necessary information to handle the process perfectly. My account manager was Amanda, who responded to all my requests. I highly recommend this company; don't look for another one, this is the best.

Fantastic team, very professional, know what they are doing and very patient with every step needed in order to get you the best results.

I can’t say enough good things about Monikla at Appeal Wizard. My Amazon account was deactivated due to a simple system glitch tied to the INFORM Act, and what should have been straightforward dragged on for five long months. Monika never gave up. She worked relentlessly, stayed on top of every detail, and kept pushing until the issue was finally resolved and my account was restored. From day one, she was clear, supportive, and genuinely invested in getting this fixed. There’s no chance I could have navigated this process on my own. If you’re dealing with an Amazon suspension and need someone who actually cares and follows through, Monika is the real deal.

I am still in disbelief. I had my account deactivated due to a Section 3. After I tried appealing Amazon's decision by myself multiple times and getting rejected I decided to look into different appeal companies. There were some big ones ones with good reviews but after speaking to a few other sellers who had personally bad experiences with them, I decided to go with Appeal Wizards. After talking to Amanda for a consultation, I felt a little more at ease and decided to go with this company. It took a few tries and a customized appeal from Amanda but I finally have my account back when I almost gave up. I really appreciate Amanda who went above and beyond and even messaged me on night and weekends when she's supposed to be off. I am so glad Appeal Wizards came through and did the impossible.
