Apollo NeuroReviews of apolloneuro.com

I have been using my Apollo Neuro wearable device periodically for sleep, relaxation and energy boosts. Subjectively, it seems to work at least some times. I would say it's worth a try since there is a 30day money back guarantee.

I bought my Apollo Neuro 1 month ago. My sleep has definitely improved, less waking up at night. And I feel generally better in the day, I'm sure the improved sleep is part of it. But I think it's more than that, it seems like I'm less sensitive to daily stress and I'm able to focus more. I use the different vibes during the day based on what I'm doing and and it seems to really work. It's a subtle improvement but noticeable. I would definitely recommend it.

The battery does not last long at all and constantly disconnects from Bluetooth. Because of this it makes me so frustrated when using it actually gives me me stress and does opposite of relaxing lol. There are just better options out there. Finally after doing more research and by all my fact check this it is NOT a true valgus nerve stimulator, as if that were the case it would need to be on ear. Look it up.

I’m really enjoying my Apollo Neuro. The benefits were noticeable surprisingly quickly. The vibrations are subtle but genuinely effective, and I’ve already seen improvements in how calm and grounded I feel throughout the day. It’s become such a helpful part of my routine: it takes the edge off stress, helps me stay more focused, and has even improved my evenings and sleep. I feel less reactive, more settled, and better able to manage busy or overwhelming moments. The device itself is simple, comfortable to wear, and easy to use. It feels like a gentle but powerful bit of extra support for my nervous system — non-invasive, discreet, and surprisingly effective. I’m really glad I invested in it and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, wearable way to support their wellbeing and sense of calm.

While the science of vagus nerve stimulation might be sound, the design and implementation of this product is poor. It is aimed squarely at the huge US health market, and Apple users. It does have an Android app, but it is not fit-for-purpose, despite having been available for 3+ years. It corrupts data all the time, & often fails to load sleep data the next day, and when it does load it, the data is usually inaccurate or part of it is missing. The history sometimes fails to show activity, gives wrong duration times, & activities that I didn't initiate It struggles to connect usually taking 20-30 seconds, and often fails. The Google Play store score for the Android app is 2.9 which is very poor indeed, whereas the Apple store score is 4.4 which is much better. I would not recommend the device to Android users, because it is let down so badly by the app., which is riddled with bugs that make it very unreliable & hard to use. I cannot comment on the performance of the device with the Apple app, but plan to acquire an iPhone to see if I can salvage this expensive investment! Apollo support is poor, and unable to provide ANY solutions to the Android app problems.. Update 11 Dec 2025. Using the Apple app is marginally better than the awful Android app, but it now turns out that my device is faulty, and have been waiting 3 weeks for replacement which hasn't even been shipped yet. It seems new customers take precedent over existing customers, and support just makes excuses for the repeated delays.

Total rip-off. Unstoppable software that requires to set up your device. After set-up it changes settings itself, so daily it's required to set up the device.

Amongst the many different devices I have tried (Hapbee, ZenoWell Luna, Oura, Sens.ai…), I find Apollo to be particularly cost effective and impactful. The product is reasonably priced and easy to use. I find if I use it consistently during the week, I am able to significantly reduce stress and ward off headaches. It has also helped me sleep better at night. The integration with my Oura ring is a big benefit, and I love the fact that I can schedule vibes in advance for the day. While it has nothing to do with the effectiveness of the product, I also really appreciate that the company treats its customers well. Customer service is responsive, and, perhaps more tellingly, Apollo has decided to offer a product that works very well without a subscription, but that offers clear enhancements if you decide to pay an annual fee. Congratulation, Apollo!

I used it according to all the instructions and this was honestly the most pointless purchase of my life. Robust device, bad battery, cheap plastic look of a toy from the 80s and the vibrations that the device produces, personally cause me nervousness, anxiety and distraction. I don't know where my mind went when I bought it but I managed to sell it and life immediately became more beautiful.
