Apollo NeuroReviews of apolloneuro.com

I have been using apollo for about 4 months now. I actually love the product. I was sceptical at first because its hard to grasp the fact that something vibrating can have an impact on my anxiety / mood etc. But it really does help me and I have recommended it to lots of friends and family. The reason I have only put 4 stars and not 5 is that I have lost 1 apollo already as it just fell off my hand. I have the correct sized strap but it just seems to come undone occasionally and its an expensive item to lose. But I had to buy another one because it is helping me. I am now just avoiding taking it out with me and only use it at home

I bought the wearable for sleep and wear it on my wrist - smart vibes could be very useful - however I believe the indicated sleep time is larger than actual-also the device sometimes shuts down prematurely- suggest that there be longer instructional videos on YouTube etc.

This was a present from my husband we’re trying to focus more on our health since we’re in our 40’s. I wear it on my ankle and use it throughout the day and all night. I do feel like it has improved my sleep. It helps calm my mind while I’m winding down before bed, I don’t wake up as often I as I before I started using it. I wear it at work and I feel less stress and more focused while completing my daily tasks. The first few days I wasn’t sure if it was working but now that I’ve been using it for a month I do notice positive changes.

I’m impressed how my HRV has been balanced every day since I got the Apollo. I’m a long distance runner therefore recovery is of paramount importance to me. I tried the one free month of smart vibes I like the convenience, however I find the subscription a bit pricey for my budget. I bought the 2 pack in a promotion, paying for 2 subscriptions is a bit expensive. I’m seeking an inside out approach to my health. I’m 41 year old male working with special needs children at my local school district, ever since I bought the Apollo my sleep times have been more consistent, my sleep scores using my Garmin watch went up a point from my previous month without Apollo. I am more focused and feel greater awareness of my self and the importance of self care. We are sound and frequency and this little thing lets me feel more empathy towards others and their suffering as well as their joys. I am a Marine combat veteran suffering from a moral injury, sleep has been a challenge Apollo helps me keep my mind from wondering when meditating at bed time. I would love to purchase one of these for each of my students specially the non verbal.

I love my Apollo but the journey has been a bit of a mixed bag. Good points: I’ve been using it all day, every day since 2020. It helps me focus for work (and I thought I already had good focus!), recover from exercise or stress, unwind and sleep. I recommend it to everyone. Not-so-good points: I have had mixed results with the (costly) SmartVibes which I think is down to lack of guidance on how to use it. Customer service is only open in the middle of the night here in Australia; help via email is sporadic and often what is sent is unrelated to the problem, which I find odd. Some help with training the SmartVibes would be much appreciated. Also, from reading reviews it now seems that some people were offered a free trial of SmartVibes and I wonder why I wasn't? That doesn't sit well with me and has caused me to downgrade my rating from four to three stars. If they could sort out my SmartVibes and customer service issues, I'd give it five stars.

This is my second Apollo. I had my first one for 4 or 5 years, I think. My dad bought it for me in the hope it would help me with my migraines. It didn't help my migraines, but it did help me sleep better using the Unwind and Sleep vibes. The Power Nap vibe became available shortly before my Apollo died and it worked great, too. I have never had much success at taking naps. I've had my new one for about 5 weeks. For the most part my experience with my new Apollo is as good as my first one. The vibes that worked well before still work just as well, and I think it might be starting to help my migraines when I clip it to my shirt against my collar bone, but I can't be sure yet. I do have a major complaint though, and that is about the battery life. It is not near as good as my last one. My first one lasted for 7 hours--1 hour on Unwind and 6 hours on Sleep, all at 100%. (I usually wake up 3 times during the night.) My new one lasts 5 hours at best, 1 hour on Unwind at 50% and maybe 4 hours on Sleep at 100%. It does recharge quickly, but that is not very helpful in the middle of the night. It also used to come with 2 sizes of bands. Now if you need 2 sizes, you have to pay $25 for a second one. The clip is a good addition, however. Lastly, my daughter-in-law had a very bad experience with customer service regarding the free trial of the Smart Vibes. You're supposed to get 1 month free, but her credit card was charged immediately. Google Play said it was an Apollo issue, Apollo said it was a Google issue. She finally had to dispute the charge with her credit card to get the money refunded. I want to try the Smart Vibes and hopefully, I will not have the same issue. Overall, I am glad I got a new one, but I am rating it at only 4 stars because of the battery life issue.

I'm not a "wearables" kind of person but bought an Apollo Neuro after watching an interview with Dr Dave Rabin (a co-founder of the company). I was impressed by the results that have come from the many years of reputable scientific study of this device. I have worn the Apollo daily for about 6 months now and, although not immediately apparent, it has had a positive effect on my mood, energy and sleep.

They have very good customer service. They really care about their product. I purchased this band a month ago. What I can tell you is that I have had some of the worst news this past month. I wear the band every day all day long and I am in a much better state of mind. I do believe it helps with anxiety and overall sleep.
