The guys were great worked hard

Having to read a language translator on mover's phone to communicate with movers and movers speaking non-English to each other was not expected or welcomed. The move "felt subcontracted", i.e., mover asked for screenshot of my phone's payment notification, movers were in an unmarked white truck, movers had no printed or electronic paperwork with movers. I have yet to receive the itemized paid receipt that was promised to be sent later in the day by phone contact. My sofa's legs were scratched, dismissed when brougjt to mover's attention. Movers did not move TV in original box, wrapped in blanket. Movers started to carry out sofa and loveseat cushions with no protection (no wrap ot blankets), but I was able to stop movers and I placed cushions in oversized heavy duty trash bags. My bar stools and display table were not wrapped. On a positive note, the movers were on time and one mover insisted on unstacking the boxes at new apartment citing heaviness, although I had told to leave boxes stacked (good decision on mover's part). When I told movers not to block garages at new apartment, parked them anyway citing (via phone translator) that this would save me money (faster move time).

AP Moving is the only moving company I hire. They are the best. Eddie Frank and his team were awesome. Keep up the good work fella’s.

Eddie and his crew brought all the necessary equipment, listened carefully to direction but also managed themselves efficiently, and took great care in moving fragile/large items.

This was my second move with AP Moving and, again, it was a smooth move. They took great care of my furniture and boxes. They worked magic getting a couch into room that appeared impossible. No wall damage or breaks and they worked to get me moved quickly. I really appreciate their consistency and care.
