I placed an order on November 20th,2022 money was taken from my account November 21st.,2022 I have a "tracking" through their shop website. I have sent multiple emails and received no response. This was to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. I live in Canada and understand there is expected delays coming from across the boarder, however, how much longer am i to wait for something I already ordered and well over 30 days ago?..Emailing doesn't help at all and as far as i'm concerned there should be a phone number for contact as well. I am not a happy customer and WILL NEVER REFER THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!! I feel like i got screwed!!!

Thought this was a legit site spent $40 on Nov 29th. They took my money but didn't send me my product. I have emailed them multiple times and the 1st time got a response of its because we're overwhelmed with orders. Now no response. SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered on 31st October and didn't realise they didn't send out straight away until email came through. Anyway I did think plenty of time before Christmas even if they send out at beginning of December. Dec I received an email saying they will all be shipped out by 13th of Dec- well I still haven't got my order and there is no tracking number or details to say it has been shipped. I have tried to contact them several times by several different means and not had one single reply. Disappointed that my daughter's Christmas present hasn't arrived (probably never will). I WOULD NOT BUY from here every again. Seems like a SCAM although the website seemed to check out.

This site looks legit at first, but in the small print it says they send out orders in batches due to volume. However, all the batches seem to have the same batch number and all ship on April 1. I think this is to delay people from catching on until months later, at which point the company has probably shut down. I didn't get a confirmation email for four days after my purchase, and even then, it barely contained any detail, and the link to view my order was a broken link. I tried to cancel the order, but the only way to contact them is by email, and after 5 days, my email bounced back. Seems like a total scam.

There were no trustpilot reviews for this site when i ordered, but i've since had the same issue as everyone else. Scam. I'll be doing a chargeback directly through my bank.

I'm so bummed! Iike so many others, I have been scammed by this company. This would have been a perfect Christmas gift....and now I have nothing. Bah humbug!

I had the same experience as other reviewers. I placed an order on December 10 with priority shipping (1-3 business days). On the 16th I reached out to let them know I had not received a shipping notification and when I went to click on my order the page no longer existed. On the 20th, after looking for a phone number that doesn't exist, I started looking for them on social media. Their social media platforms either don't allow for comments (Instagram) or all the bad ones are deleted (Facebook). They don't allow you to message them on FB, but I was able to do so on Instagram. Of course, no reply, nor has it even been seen. So, I went to the website and filled out the "contact us" form letting them know what was going on. Interestingly enough, the first email I sent was now kicked back to me as undeliverable. I have clearly been scammed, and am calling the bank to see what kind of action I can take.

Paid for an order but it never turned up. Chased so many times and never had a response. They are spam, so do not order through them. Sent another chase up to mail but it has bounced back. Terrible that people like this upset children looking forward to their cuddly toy for Christmas. Terrible people.
