Customer service is horrible. I have made a purchase and tried to cancel it immediately because I found the same item cheaper somewhere else. They responded to my email of cancelation fast but instead of canceling the order themselves, they suggested I do it myself on their website which it is not working. Then after that they decided to ship it fast and now when I want to return it, they want me to pay for shipping when the whole point was to avoid all of this and cancel it before it ships.

I bought a S1 Pro in late 2024 expecting peace of mind, thinking it was a quality product that would be reliable. It did a great job at first. But deteriorated within one year of use. Issues started after around 13 months and became a real burden by 18 months. I reported the defects, had a decent support at first, but issues kept deepening, one worst from the other. When the device reached a state that I had literally to clean after it with a manual mop, and to manually move it for the station to detect it, I was told warranty is out, and was offered a refurbished lower-tier replacements that I would still have to pay for. What makes this worse is that I found multiple Reddit reports describing the exact same pattern would it the product lifespan or the support only solution offered: issues after one year, take it for repair or not, then is deemed “unrepairable,” then pressure toward a paid refurbished replacement as the only solution and framed as a commercial gesture. Reddit is full of these: - 18 months, two dead robots S1 Pro, the original and the replacement - Same thing happened with me, my S1 Pro was a champ for almost whole year - I’m on my THIRD S1 pro - I have been using S1 Pro for 18 months without any issues - I’m on my 4th Eufy S1 Pro at this point - I had my s1 pro for over a year (out of warranty) with a battery issue Laughably on the same timeline as my case. If this is not a defect, I don't know what is. Luckily, the purchase was made in Europe, where consumer laws are meant to protect buyers in situations like this. I will escalate this to our local consumer protection authorities and do whatever is necessary to get my rights back. I have zero trust left in Eufy’s products and by extension Anker's products. If they can handle their flagship like this, I do not trust how they would handle the rest of their range. On the bright side, I had the Eufy Maker on my basket, a pinned tab just waiting for a good promotion to make the purchase. This whole situation spared me 3k EUR that could have ended with the same disappointment if the same situation happened.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I bought refurbished headphones from their website. First off the shipping took longer than expected and when the tracking finally updated in the Bring app it showed it was being shipped from Amazon Europe, not what I expected. I got the headphones an they are of extremely cheap built and does not fit comfortably so I wanted to make a return. I am entitled (can be read on their site) to a 30-day money back guarantee and that they will process returns within 24 working hours. But when I emailed them they offered a 20 SEK refund and me keeping the product (that’s about $1.5-2) or an exchange. I said it was ridiculous as I am entitled to a full refund. The answer back they increased the money by $1 so I wrote and included screenshots of their own return policies. I got a message back apologizing and that I could use the return label attached, but they never attached one. This is where I am at now. They haven’t provided me with a return address (as their return page instructions mention) so I can’t return it by creating shipping myself. They are an absolute joke and I would never buy anything from them ever again.

Before you buy a Eufy vacuum in the Nordic countries, read this: I ordered an S1 Pro during Kickstarter campaign. All went well. Now, however, I need some new filters. 15 euros in Eufys German store, but they won’t ship to Denmark. In fact, they are completely unable to help me, but at least they thank me for my understanding. My 1.500 USD robot vacuum/mop is soon rendered useless simply from normal use and simply from Eufy’s deliberate decision NOT to supply critical spare parts to Denmark, while our neighbouring country has plenty in stock. Unbelievable.

Seems like they have no intention on ever delivering the product i ordered 2 months ago.

Helt elendig service, hold jer langt væk. Jeg har en base til mit kamera der er 2 år og 1 måned som lige er blevet defekt. Ankernordics.com afviser helt at afhjælpe problemet da produktet er over 2 år gammelt. Man skulle ikke tro at de levede af kundeservice. Jeg har aldrig oplevet så manglende service fra sælger/producent. De vil give mig 20% rabat på samme vare, og de 20% kan ikke bruges på produkter der er nedsat. Produktet jeg har er sat 33% ned så den rabat de vil give er lavere end produktets nedsatte pris. Ankernordics.com har slet ikke sans for service og kundeservice, så hold jer langt væk fra deres produkter.

I bought eufy s340 combo thats supposed to arrive with a homebase. But i only received a camera. The fact that they may have sent two packages differently its not ok to advertise it as a combo. Delivery time takes forever. And i still dont know if they have sent the home base or not. I received another email in dutch language which states that there is another package wich will afrive after one more week. So if you are in a rush font buy from them . I still dont know what to do with this camera. Because all i really need was the home base. And it might arrive after i travel. When i placed an order two weeks before . Its irritating tbh
