Animaker Inc.Reviews of animaker.com

Animaker is a life changer to me. It literally helps me convert any idea I can have into a visual content. And easily too. Doesn't hurt that they also have the most responsive support I ever seen. 10 Stars. **********

Excellentes qualité et efficacité!

We needed quick help bc our account was locked. Animaker team helped within short time so that we could go on with our work. Thanks!

The problem was that "I just generated a video and in the generated video, the character 'glitches' from 1:48 seconds to 1:56 seconds. By 'glitching' I mean the character pops in and out, gets partly cut out, and ju7mps from horizontal to vertical (when it should be vertical all the time). It does not do so in the editor screen." I had a response, and fix, to the problem within 10 minutes. I'm very impressed with the support I received. Thank you so much! Barry

Because of the nature of the videos I make, there are occasional “back end” glitches that arise. Despite being in VERY different time zones, the Animaker folks are always extremely professional, polite and make every effort not only resolve, but explain what caused any particular issue, in a timely manner. I flat out love the product (ALL HAIL ANIMAKER) and the customer service is a compliment to the organization. Thank you all for your contributions to my video making dreams! Notice how the 5* reviews all only have 1 review? I urgently advise you not to trust this Indian company with your money. As soon as it comes to a refund, they will ignore you. Who knows what else they could do. Trust this site at your own risk.

I had a doubt abut your free and had asked one your support helper sathya and he helped very well
