Customer Service is Practically Nonexistent

I reached out to Andksyebike's customer service on August 28th, 2026, a day after I received my Forge 26X ebike. When I assembled my ebike, the front wheel motor/AWD and front wheel hydraulic disc brakes were not working properly. Despite calling them multiple times during their listed business hours and emailing them the day after my ebike arrived, they refused to respond to my help requests and claimed they never received my email or phone calls. ONLY once I initiated a billing dispute with my credit card due to faulty product did they bother responding, which was almost a month after I reached out to them originally. This screams incompetence, and moreover disdain for customers. I spent almost the entire cost of a new ebike ($1500.00) plus countless hours fixing the issues of the ebike that I received from them ($2879.00 total not including my time). They have the audacity to ask me to return the bike once I SPENT MY TIME AND MONEY fixing it because nobody from their team bothered to respond when I initially reached out to them! I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the bike is somehow working and I'm hoping no other issues arise with it. Emily and Andksy customer service are completely insufferable people.
