I use the beef organs supplement to enhance my wellness routine. The late Dr. Bill Cole recommended your company when I was part of his program five years ago. I have taken these supplements ever since with healthful results.

UPDATED: A year later, the company finally responded. They did eventually issue my refund, but only after I had to file a claim to get it. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company. I’m also very skeptical of the overwhelmingly positive reviews here, which do not seem consistent with my experience. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. placed an order with Ancestral Supplements for $165 and received an order confirmation along with tracking information. However, the tracking status stayed at “Label Created” and never progressed. The product was never shipped. After almost a month of waiting, I contacted them. Their response was a lengthy apology blaming Amazon shipping issues and claiming the situation was out of their control. They went into detail about how they wished they could handle delivery themselves, but it was clearly an attempt to shift blame—when in reality, the product never even left their warehouse. To make matters worse, I discovered they had somehow enrolled me in an auto-subscription I never authorized. I immediately requested a refund, but have yet to receive any response. I have since had to file a claim against them. $165 is a lot of money for me, and I feel completely misled. Their customer service team manipulated the situation, turned the tables, and outright lied instead of taking accountability. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.

Not a good company. Yes the website looks good and all the testimonials. Their refund policy seems great too, but I've had a lot of problems making two returns. First they didn't refund the money after 2 weeks of having the product. Fine, maybe it was overlooked. They refunded it when I emailed them. BUT when I returned the second product, well same thing -- NO REFUND. I emailed support 4 times with a response of "wait the 3-5 business days" and then after those days passed and no refund I emailed the company 3 more times over a period of two weeks and NO RESPONSE each time. You literally have to fight for your money back from this company. And now, they refunded the money but then charged me for it again, so I'm still dealing with their bs. I don't trust this company at all.

I’ve been taking bio-identical thyroid meds since about age 48. I’m now 71 and for the first time ever my Dr said my blood work shows I need to lower the dosage. Not just once but now for a second time she has said we need to lower the dosage. Wanna guess why? I’ve been taking Beef Thyroid! But that’s not all. She also said my b-12 is high. I’ve been taking sublingual b12 for years also. Let’s guess again. Why would it suddenly be high? Well I’ve also been taking beef liver. I’m pretty sure that’s the culprit. This is the most fun I’ve ever had with blood work results. So thank you Ancestral !! Now if I can just get my hair to grow back where it’s thinning. . 🙏 Blessings to a great company. Karen

One of the only companies where i am looking to tap away and find more than 5 stars! I’m in the UK so i order through UK websites but ancestral supplements/tribe support is incredibly exceptional in customer service. I have never had any problems with them but I’m sure if i had then i would of had them corrected in the best manner. I have never reacted to their supplements unlike other companies that sell beef liver capsules and they have gelatine cases unlike the cellulose stuff, so an all round great product that i definitely feel a difference with and when i compared it to a prenatal supplement it had everything prenatal supplements had in just a more natural form and the natural form folate (instead of the folic acid in prenatals). The only thing not matching or superior was the beef liver capsules don’t contain omega3 or nac, which i was already taking anyway so thats fine. I take 3 at breakfast and 3 at dinner (lunch). I have spoken on emails and got all my queries and questions answered and not only that the health advice in regards to their products etc. is fascinating. Lately i was talking to Justin and he just lights me up with all the thorough and genuine information and care!
