Ancestral SupplementsReviews of ancestralsupplements.com

I am writing this to reach customer service. THREE failed attempts at contacting them through their forms. I used to LOVE this company. Now, with AI, they hide behind their automated, too simple systems, and still love their products, hate their non-human ways... in their touting of "back to human" company. SECONDS after hitting Enter on a $1419.71 order I needed to change credit cards. I IMMEDIATELY filled out a form (since there is no longer a published phone number or e-mail contact), and the robot told me they would send this to the team who would get right back to me. NEVER was a better word for "right back to me". They charged the card, sent the product... and that is all they care about. Ancestral Supplements, please contact me to get the corrected credit card, and refund the one you charged.

Ancestral supplements has clean, safe, grass fed, high quality beef organs out of New Zealand. I appreciated their helpful quiz and email support on choosing what was right for me. I am suffering from extremely low ferritin, a 1. (This is your iron storage bank) 100-150 is feel good levels, for reference. I said no to traditional infusions as their absorption is around 5% and they are horrific for your gut. The doctor asked that I at least come back every 5 weeks for blood work to track progress. I agreed. I switched from AS Beef Organs to their Iron Pack (Bone & Marrow, Blood and Liver) and faithfully took it as instructed. My levels raised to a 4 in 4.5 weeks, nearly a point a week! I go in again next week and am confident we will see more of the same. I am so grateful for a safe natural option that works!

I wish I could give 10 stars. The customer service with this company is TOP👏🏻 TIER👏🏻. probably best customer service experience ive ever had, not just 1 time but EVERY single time I need anything. From order issues to product questions. I really cant say enough good things... whoever these people are running things must be really special individuals. ALSO, as for the product, I found them because I was in a deep dive looking for the cleanest and most potent supplements I could find. And google A.I. confirmed and broke down the amounts and quality of ingredients in ancestral supplements. It showed me they FAR outweighed all the others. At that point I knew I needed to try and ive been hooked since, i mean theyre seriously so good. Bonus- They will ACTUALLY help and answer questions too! Instead of saying "ask your doctor" (of course they do NOT give medical advice but they will answer any questions u have about their products and u can tell they actually care about their customers. Very rare) This is a company I would love to work for. Best supplements u can find and fair price point, not the cheapest.. but if you're anything like me you understand quality over quantity. When it comes to supplements especially. If a company can afford to offer dirt cheap pricing that simply is not a quality supplement. Infinity stars 🌟 for ancestral supplements!

I have been a customer of Ancestral Supplements for almost 2 years. Their Thyroid supplement has helped me cut back on my medication. Their liver and adrenal supplements have helped with my overall health and energy. But most importantly their customer service is outstanding! I have contacted them on a few occasions, but most recently my recent communication with them was treated with the most respect and courtesy. Jeremy went above and beyond to help me address my issue. He addressed it immediately and went above and beyond to help me with something else with my order. He went onto their website and took care of it for me while I was dealing with some family emergency issues. This company treats you like family. They are very kind, thoughtful, caring, and respond very, very quickly to assist you with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Ancestral Supplements. I cannot say enough good things about their quality, there supplements, and their customer service. AAA ++

I love this company’s products. It’s the stuff that have been cut out due to taboo in our diets, but the minerals and ingredients our body desperately needs, without all the junk in it. I have tried the beef organs and am now on the Female pack, and would love to incorporate the placenta to my regimen as well in the future.

I’ve been taking the beef thyroid for about a month now. I’m taking 2 a day(first thing in am on empty stomach). Have so much more energy and it gets me through the day without needing rest. By evening, I’m sleeping so much better and waking up ready to tackle the day! I’m a 56 yo mom.

This company is so grate ! I had a question about the pills they sent and they responded so fast and for my concern they totally are sending a replacement! This company has been such a blessing in my pregnancy ! And would totally recommend to anymore !

Very knowledgeable staff. Product is great and is helping with my situation. I do recommend this to anyone looking for a change. I have 4 other people that started this because of my results.
