I just received my OUD Wood Chips (1 of each). After my order, I sent a text to verify I hadn't messed up the shipping address as I previously did. They responded right away and confirmed I hadn't messed up. They had one item out of stock and asked if I wanted something different and made a suggestion. I agreed to the suggestion to complete my order. The packaged arrived and I used the shipping box as an air freshener in my office in the basement. My wife is still experimenting with the different types I got for her. So far she not been disappointed but, she is finding different ways to burn the would trying to get the most out of the chips.

im giving 3 stars for customer service. they responded quickly, but after receiving a "corrected" order, i realize their black oud no longer smells like the first few times i ordered. no rose, less actual oud. buyer beware 😠

Since I started buying oil blends from you, I can’t express the comfort I feel wearing them. I worked in the Gulf for over 9years and that’s when I fell in love with Arabic perfumes especially oils. I have so far purchased from you ( Oud Al khaleej, Million Port, Rose Bakhoor, sample pack-x2 etc) I can’t figure out yet which is the best becoz all of them have been awesome. I love doing business with Amir Oud - House of Royal Fragrances

Okay, this is my 2nd order and most honest review. You NEED to RUN NOT WALK to Amir Oud!! I previously ordered Vanilla Planifolia and it was fire!! I decided to try Amir Oud’s version of Tobacco Honey and Amouage Guidance and Babycat - well, suffice it to say I was sooooo impressed with all these fragrances that I purchased the OG Guidance (since YSL Babycat is out of stock) to see just how close Amir’s version actually was to the original. Suffice it to say, there is some serious perfumery going on at Amir Oud!!!! Hmmmm…. 85.00 vs 380.00 for Amouage / if you don’t have the coin for Amouage - you would be hard pressed to tell the difference!! Thank you, Amir Oud for producing outstanding products!! The Babycat and Tobacco Honey are also seriously fire!!!! Keep it up / I’m a customer for life!!
