When my order got here one of the vials was cracked and one week later the Tesamorelin i ordered started to turn into gel. My son started taking these peptides and he was sent to the hospital for heavy metal entoxication.

Hi there, we take all product quality and safety concerns extremely seriously, which is why we want to address this review carefully. After reviewing our support records, we have no communication from you regarding a cracked vial, product quality issue, or any health-related concern. If a situation this serious had occurred, we would expect to hear from the customer immediately — and we would have acted on it immediately. Our team is available and responsive, and issues like damaged packaging are covered under our shipment protection policy. We also want to be transparent about our quality standards. Every batch we sell is third-party tested by accredited laboratories, and Certificates of Analysis are made available to customers confirming purity and composition. Heavy metal contamination is specifically screened for during testing. These are serious allegations that are not supported by our testing data or any prior communication with our team. Additionally, all Amino Club products are sold strictly for research purposes and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption, as clearly stated on our website and packaging. If you have a legitimate concern regarding an order, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] with your order number so we can investigate further. We stand behind the quality of our products and are always willing to work with customers to resolve real issues. — Amino Club Team
