My college age twins ordered this, zero checking for actual age. I’m sitting in the hospital with one twin that has had multiple seizures and they found fungal meningitis in his CSF. This is way too easy to get into the hands of someone that has no training for proper, sterile use.

Had wrong product shipped to me. Sent an picture to support email. Within a couple of hours I had an email with tracking for the correct product. Great service!

I ordered 2 vials of dsip and they came in a bit cloudy, you’re dealing with peps anything can happen and it’s the researchers job to also catch that. I sent them an email and they got back to me right away, within the same minute. They told me to send them some prove which I did and they are sending me 2 fresh vials already. Very good customer service at amino club and that makes me very happy that they made it right for me.

I recently purchased a couple things and was surprised at the speed of shipping and delivery but got home to not find my package. Panic sets in but I emailed support and got a response in minutes. Thats when I find out that I gave the wrong address but was assured by support that they would send a replacement asap! Talk about feeling relieved, Needless to say I have my package from the neighbors house and I dont need a replacement order I know more than ever that Amino Club will have my business. Talk about genuine, quick, courtesy thats what you will get with this company. Thank you so much
