I’ve had a great experience with Amino Club. Their customer service is incredibly helpful and always quick to respond to any questions. The products are high quality and exactly as described. Website is awesome and extremely easy to order from. Apple Pay is very convenient. Had a minor hiccup but the team at amino club was very fast and helpful in resolving it….very professional. I haven’t received my shipment but I expect my experience to be great!

I've ordered from Amino Club several times and the experience has been consistently great. Great turnaround times, clear and prompt communication, with quick and impactful customer service. I was notified that my order was received, when it shipped, and when delivered. The website is easy to navigate with clear descriptions, COAs, and log in. When I encountered a user error, I got a reply within hours with a confirmation and resolve. Good stuff Amino Club!

Amino Club has decent products but is a bit of a mess. They had delay after delay launching their website after announcing the launch via social media. After launch, the website is still littered with basic issues from setting up an account, password changes, adding products to the cart and page loads. It has been several weeks now and still no changes. At this rate, I cannot imagine Amino Club lasting much longer if they cannot take care of the basics function of running an online business.

Hey, thanks for the honest feedback. You're right that the launch has been rocky. The payment processor issues and delays have been frustrating for customers and for us. We're not going to pretend otherwise. Just to clarify on the password issues though, we don't actually use passwords. Login is handled through a magic link sent to the email you signed up with. So if there were password problems, that wasn't on our end. We're a small team and we've been working through these problems one by one. The website issues you mentioned have been addressed, and the payment system is coming back online tonight. We know that doesn't erase the rough start, but we're committed to getting it right.
