I had a great experience with Amino Club's customer service. My GHK-Cu vial was accidentally left out of my first package, which was disappointing at first. However, after I contacted them, they responded very quickly and immediately took care of the issue. I was impressed by how fast they replied and how quickly they shipped the missing item. Mistakes can happen with any company, but what matters is how they handle them, and Amino Club handled mine professionally and efficiently. Orders arrived on time and well packaged and shipping was fast. One issue though the points system doesnt seem to be working correctly for me. Ive placed multiple orders but havent received any points and none of my purchases appear in the order history. But other than that its been a great and easy experience so far. -Edit I realized the Insider membership which is $9.99 a month doesnt seem to be working. Its supposed to include free shipping but Im still being charged for it and I havent been able to contact support.

I was extremely frustrated and was honestly preparing to file a dispute with my credit card company. Before I could do that, Amino Club's customer support team responded quickly, reviewed the situation, and worked with me to find a solution. They were professional, understanding, and resolved the issue much faster than I expected. They are now sending a replacement, which I greatly appreciate. Mistakes can happen during shipping, but what really matters is how a company handles problems when they arise. Amino Club's customer service exceeded my expectations with their fast response time and willingness to make things right. Thank you to the support team for the excellent customer service. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I thought one of my vials looked a little off (cloudy) upon receipt - they immediately responded to me and we began troubleshooting together. In less than an hour, they created a new order for me to replace the vial. Things happen so I am not upset that I got a “bad one.” I’m just thankful their customer service was super fast and kind. Being an educated consumer of these things is ESSENTIAL and on the responsibility of the consumer. Amino Club also has great prices. This is my 2nd order from them and it won’t be my last.
