So far so good. Three or four orders in. Got one less vial than I ordered on the most recent order and after using the report a problem link, I had a tracking number for the replacement vial within a couple hours. That’s good shit.

Had issue with the glutathione not mixing properly. Customer support responded immediately and sent me a new bottle. Very happy with this company’s product and service!

I’ve ordered from a few places, I am NOT a bot lol. By far the cheapest place, now I haven’t had any issues with other places but I didn’t receive an order. I think one of my scumbag neighbors stole it and disappointed it wasn’t jewelry but they emailed me back quick and replaced it for me. They asked me to leave a review afterwards, so I’m here. I think looking at reviews is importanr because other places have terrible ones.

Took 3 days to arrive didn’t get 2 day shipping standard shipping. They forgot one of my vials but they gave me a refund and sent me out a replacement. 10/10 customer service will place another order with them.
