phone was smaller than I expected and died in a foreign country at a critical time

At times only could get a limited connection and could not get to websites

Excellent service, very easy to use.

We rented Amigo cell phones because we did not want to risk losing our phones. Amigo phones worked like a charm. We inputted the guide's number along with the hotel's and friends and relatives. Returning them via the supplied box was a snap. Already recommended Amigo to a few people.

I had no problem with the phone. My only concern was that I could not get the ringer to go any louder. Being hard of hearing half the time I did not hear the phone ring and missed some calls

The cost of rental was reasonable and having a US number added was helpful. The main problem I had was trying to make the ringer louder. The enclosed directions didn't help and I had to depend on feeling the vibration or holding the phone in my hand to hear the ring.
