We rented an Amigo phone on a recent 10 day trip to Israel. We ordered it online, and received it before our trip. During our trip, when we used it, the reception was perfect and clear. It was easy to use. When we returned home, we just packaged it up in the box provided, and sent it back. No problems at all. We were very pleased with the phone.

I rented a phone for my 14 year old son who was on a school trip to Israel. The service was amazing, the phone worked and was easy to use, and the bill was what I expected it to be! All in all, I would use Amigo phones again and again!

The phones we received had very poor audio quality. Also, the wrong adapter plug was included for both phones.

Things I did not like: 1. Sim card was loose, and phone did not work, at first. 2. Phone calls international had echo

Use that service few time already never had any problem or issue ,phone or Sim Card always work and the charges as agreed upon.higtly recommend :)

This is the second time I have used Amigo's SIM cards and MiFi devices in Israel. The devices worked perfectly and were easy to set up. Customer service over email was very responsive - great about extending my reservation. Return process is very easy. Great value - especially for unlimited data, texts, and calls back to US.
