Great plans, Great Prices, Great Customer Service, Convenient and Trustworthy!

The phone service was generally fine although the sound could have been better. Ideally, per the pricing, I would have preferred international texting to be free. All in all I was quite pleased and would probably use Amigas again.

I have rented telephones from Amigo when travelling to Israel for several years. This year, my in-laws were due to go to Israel in February and my wife and I were scheduled to be there for about half the month. We rented basic phones for my in-laws through Amigo, and they arrived on time and have been working well. My wife and I ordered SIM cards for our smart phones. They arrived in plenty of time. Unfortunately, a health issue made it necessary for my wife and I to cancel our trip at the last minute. I phoned Amigo to explain the problem, and they generously offered to cancel the entire bill for the SIM cards. I recommend Amigo to those who are travelling to Israel, without hesitation.

The service was unclear, most of the time.

From the moment our phone service began until it was over we never experienced a single glitch. Overall excellent phone service. Would highly recommend.
