We’re pleased to hear that your overall experience with Customer Service and the RAVE2 unit met your expectations. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced during the sales process and for the longer-than-expected installation timeline. This situation is out of the ordinary and not representative of the level of service AmeriGlide strives to provide. Thank you for your feedback and for choosing AmeriGlide. We value your trust in us and appreciate your choosing AmeriGlide. - The AmeriGlide Team!
