5 Star Review for Jessica Reeves. We had a major issue with our installer (ended up installing the chair myself which wasn't difficult) but Jessica was wonderful in helping fix our situation.

I installed our indoor stairlift myself, without help, and it went very well. (I am a 68 year old male in decent health.) The product has functioned admirably for the two years we have had it so far, feeling both safe and reliable. The price was right and I found the phone support while I was planning the purchase to be useful and accurate. I will agree with some other reviewers that the remote controls could be better made, but in our situation, we almost never use them.

This 5-star rating is for Jessica Reeves. I had a question about where was my tax refund. I had a return email in less that 10 minutes. That is service you do not get often these days. Please tell her Thank You for me.

I lost my remote control for a Rave 2. Replacement cost was quoted as $70 plus shipping. The remote is IR and has 2 buttons, up and down. Probable cost $2.00-My guess. They did ship me a new harness under warranty caused by a design defect that caused seat to rub on harness when it was lifted and put down. It probably couldn't be installed by someone with no experience in replacing wiring harnesses.
