We’re sorry to hear about your experience and truly understand your frustration. Based on the details you shared, it appears this move may have been arranged through a third-party broker prior to being assigned to our company. We want to clarify that AMB Moving & Storage Inc. does not operate as a broker—we are a licensed carrier, and in some cases moves are dispatched to us after being booked through another company. Unfortunately, this can sometimes create confusion around timelines, communication, and expectations set before we are involved. That said, your experience does not reflect the level of service we aim to provide. We take concerns like this seriously and would like the opportunity to review your file and address what happened. Please contact our support team directly at (973) 975-0336 or email us so we can investigate and work toward a resolution. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. — AMB Moving & Storage Inc.

Andre, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand how stressful a delayed interstate move can be, especially when it involves coordination through a third-party broker, and we sincerely regret the frustration you experienced during this process. Your shipment was booked through a broker, which impacted direct communication and scheduling updates while your move was in transit. That said, we acknowledge that the lack of timely updates was not the level of service we aim to provide. Once delivery was confirmed and the situation was reviewed, compensation in the amount of $562.00 was issued to address the delay. While this does not erase the inconvenience you experienced, it was provided in good faith and in accordance with applicable guidelines. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and coordination on brokered interstate moves. We wish you the best moving forward and hope your belongings arrived safely.
